1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to 58ace (referred to as "58ace," "we," "us," or "our"). 5. Withdrawals and Payouts

You may request withdrawal of your account balance at any time, subject to these Terms and verification requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 58ace and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your account during the six months preceding the claim, or ₱10,000, whichever is less.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 Our Right to Suspend or Terminate

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account and refuse service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms or any applicable law;
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;
• Failure to provide requested verification documents;
• Use of multiple accounts or bonus abuse;
• Chargebacks or payment disputes;
• Abusive behavior toward staff or other players;
• Association with individuals or entities engaged in prohibited activities.

10.2 Effects of Account Closure

Upon account closure, you must immediately cease using the Services. If your account is closed due to Terms violations, we may forfeit your account balance, including deposits and winnings. If your account is closed for reasons not related to Terms violations, we will return your deposited balance minus any applicable fees, provided you have met wagering requirements and verification standards. Bonus funds and promotional winnings are always forfeited upon account closure.

10.3 Self-Exclusion
